Introducing River, your new super cuddly workout partner who thrives on the social aspect of the gym. She enjoys shorter workouts that allow for more talking and less to remember. She is sassy and likes to come up with other things she can do instead of burpees. River is also a great cheerleader and believes you’re already winning just by getting out of bed in the morning. While she may occasionally receive a side-eye from the coaches for her chattiness, her playful nature is evident. Likes: AMRAPS under 7 minutes and not looking at the WOD the night before.
Sloth
Twyla loves the snooze button and can be seen coming in late for classes. She likes to keep to herself and focus on her workout. She knows her strengths – toes-to-bar and swimming. And knows her weaknesses – running and WODs for time. She loves climbing, but I wouldn’t choose her as your belayer.
Red Fox
Charles would like to coach someday and is always coming up with clever workouts. Don’t be surprised if he tricks you into doing more than you thought you could. Even with Charles’ sly personality, you can’t help but find him adorable.
Black & White Dog
Tux is just an all around great partner. Always happy, never judges, and will most likely become your gym bestie. Never miss a good stretch with this Down Dog. Likes: Everything! Even the Fran WOD. He is just happy to be here.
Dragon
Get in the zone with Britney. She is all fire and came to WORK! Britney’s prerogative is to get stronger, stay focused, and avoid toxic womanizers. Likes: Bulgarian split squats
Octopus
Tako gives 3 times the love to his workout buddies. Always ready with a high-five or fist bump. He will dominate any arm workout or climb. This clever critter can outsmart any climber jargon.
Highland Cow
Callum is the minority in his love for the assault bike. He can’t wait to get that bike going and his hair flying. Built strong, your new best friend is loyal, prideful, and protective. Try not to stare if you catch him sleeping standing up though.
Goat
When he is not eating everything in sight, Tater Tot can be found in the gym. Whether he is out on the crag practicing some bouldering or going free solo, you know he is going to crush it. When he does hit up the CF gym you know you can find him doing box jumps.
Shark
If you love sinking your teeth into every WOD…Gunnar is your man. You can see him during Murph circling the rig, because he knows that hands are gonna bleed!
Gorilla
Andy is definitely a 5 am’er. This gym bro never forgets his protein shakes, and will challenge you to push yourself.. mostly because of all the noises he makes Likes: Deadlifts, all the presses, topping the leaderboard and orange tabby kittens.
Racoon
You won’t see Nacho at any early workouts. In fact, when you finally do see her she will probably still be wearing last night’s eyeliner. She is playful and smart but is known to invade your space and steal your weights. Likes: Rope climbs and snatches, and washing her paws post workout.
